Job Summary

International Private Banking - Customer Service Associate Account Operations.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for processing of all international client account requests on account maintenance, wire transfers and supporting the account officers on all duties as directed for servicing the client accounts.
  • Facilitate processing of requests, wire processing and fraud monitoring, work with International officers on account matters, process customers that visit office with support while providing customer facing professionalism.
  • Follow corporate polices and procedures while understating international regional sensitivity.
  • Opening of new accounts, working to document all KYC's and facilitate with Officers on the process
  • Assist in the documentation of Annual account reviews
  • Work with corporate Audit and Compliance division as required.


Competencies:

  • 2 to 5 with years experience with servicing international clients
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork and ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Proactive approach, strong organizational skills, customer service focus.
  • Multi-lingual Ė English and Portuguese are mandatory and has to be primary native language/completely proficient, Spanish is secondarily needed.
  • Bachelorís Degree desired
