Job SummaryMonitor an assigned portfolio of asset based account relationships including agented and syndicated participation shares.
Job Description:ABL monitoring of an assigned portfolio of asset based loans which also includes transactions where Bank may be an agent or a syndicated participant. Oversee client reporting and compliance to loan agreement documentation and adherence to credit approvals. Includes preparation of credit committee renewals and line extensions/requests. Required skills include the analysis of financial statements, cash flows and asset collateral performance. Good negotiating and presentation skills are also helpful.
Must have an understanding of ABL operations and be able to review and analyze field exams. Must be able to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with management and senior officers. Strong oral and written skills are essential.
Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5 plus years of ABL account handling experience. BA or BS Degree in business, accounting or finance. ABL operations and field exam experience is helpful. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Effective written and oral communicative skills are required.
